What is your fee?
1% plus VAT, unless I'm running a special offer at the time, in which case I'll tell you up front.
How long is the contract?
There isn't a tie-in. I work on a 0-week contract, so you're never locked in.

Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, plus targeted promotion on social media.
Who does the viewings?
I do, personally, every time. No junior staff and no call centre.
When should I instruct a conveyancer?
As soon as you decide to sell, ideally around the time you instruct me. The property forms take time, and I'm happy to help you through them or recommend a few conveyancers.
