My fee is 1% plus VAT, there's no tie-in contract, and I do every viewing myself.

Before estate agency I spent over a decade in the NHS running large projects across the South West. That's where I learnt to keep lots of people moving in the same direction, which is most of what getting a sale over the line actually takes.
