Is the instant valuation really free?
Yes. No fee, no obligation, and you don't have to sell with me afterwards.
Do I need to give my details?
You start with your address, which the tool needs to find your home and the comparable sales around it. It will also ask for a few contact details so the report can be sent to you.
How accurate is an instant valuation?
It's a good starting point, built from real sold prices and market data. What it can't see is inside your home: the new kitchen, the extension or the damp patch. For a figure you can set an asking price from, ask me for a personal valuation.
Do you need to come and see the house?
Not for the instant report. If you want a valuation you can confidently price from, I'll come round at a time that suits you, also free.
